Scene: me walking to my desk on Thursday morning.
Me: “Good morning, Ms. M—”
Ms M—: Good morning. Did you go run this morning?
Me: No. I’m just going to wait until after work.
Ms. M—: I can see it all over your face [that you didn’t run this morning].
Moral of the Story: if your co-workers can tell you didn’t run in the morning, you might be a runner.
